Living in Singapore, a super fast-paced society, it's not surprising how people got stressed up but anything, everything. Where people may felt at times suffocating and unable to breathe. There are many a time when you may not know how to de-stress and got their nerves too tight may resort to do all sorts of funny things. Suicidal cases, stabbings, car accidents. You can see it featuring in most newspapers recently. Well is it true that Singaporeans are really getting too stressed up? Felt so uneasy knowing that these stories frequent-ed these days.
Honestly, everyone is different. Each individual has different ways of understanding and different ways to relax. Its definitely essential to find the way that is most comfortable for you to calm your nerves down. It wouldn't be easy finding it. Patience required. You may think " I am so busy, where got time? " The time that is spend looking for it is definitely worth it. Imagine your stress as a bucket of water. You never know when your bucket of water will reach its brim when you choose to neglect it. Probably only when the final drop of water (who knows whether it will be torrents) sinks in and causes a spill you might then realise. Wouldn't it be too late?
Life is short. If you felt you had already had regrets in life so far, what you could do is to change. 我寧願有未來。歷史是死的、未來可以創造!#zzsf Only if you look the cause of the problem then you could try to find solutions to improve the situation. We are all human. Faith in doing things would lead as far. 我们一起加油吧~!
XOXO~
