Chapter 16: 1st in 2015...

It seems like forever.

I have been pretty occupied with work since October and haven't actually find proper time for others things.

Finally found some time to do some documenting of my daily life.

So here is a brief of my little Genting trip earlier this year.

Just at the start of year 2015, I have gotten an upgrade in my phone. So byebye iPhone 4.


Thank you iPhone 4 for all the joy and love you have given me this 4 years of service. I say hello to my new pretty that hopefully would serve me another good 4-5 years. Don't let me down okay! :>


Began the year with a short getaway to Genting.

Day 1


With the trusty and comfy coach we reached comfortably at Genting in a blink.

We have gotten free rooms with the courtesy to the points rewards of our parents. With Lady's Luck shining on us, we gotten rooms from the newly revamped floor.












 Yes everything looks so new and bright. Great start of our trip. :)



I am totally famished after the approximate 6 hours journey, and totally appreciated my first meal upon arrival. Noms!

Dinner was great; food were super awesome definitely.

Day 2 

Freshen up the next day and decided to do something old-school.

We went down for some minor snack shopping at mid hill, before heading back up for more food and fun.

 Also did some minor shopping before we head to the casinos!

Shortly after meal we checked out and before heading to the coach bay, some Popsicle time!

Started my year with a short but relaxing trip! Can't wait to be back soon. :)

Chapter 15: Belated Fun Day @ USS. :>

Apologies Apologies.

I know it has been so long since I am actually back here~ 

Haven't been that well and time was actually so tight in between that I haven't gotten any proper time to update this space.

Comparing to dayre, I would prefer blogging. Probably because I could adjust and schedule my posts in a more systematic fashion. I really miss updating. Here so here goes. :D

Just one fine day in October, both me and F had plans to have some real fun in the Universal Studios Singapore. Apart from our usual shopping and prettily dressed routines. It was also her belated birthday celebration, since I missed the pre one as I have to go to Hong Kong with my family. Family ahead of friends always. So I have always been really sorry for being that late. She has always been so accommodating and understanding and I am really thankful for.

Met up really early that day. Prep and aptly dressed and we had Mac for breakfast that day and then we head into Sentosa by bus.!

Weather was pretty splendid today and we went a little touristy around USS taking pictures with the mascots that we could spot excitedly. Entering around 12-ish, every picture has the best lighting I would desire.

Chosen The Closet Lovers' Premium series Crochet Cruiser Romper in Sunkiss as my outfit that day because its not just brightly colored and prettily designed; it is super comfortable. It comes with 2 functional pockets as well. Worn matching sandals with F that day as well~  :>

As it was a typical Saturday, queueing is part of the routine for all the rides.

 Queue selfies kills boredom and so...

 we went on.

 and on...

Was pretty lucky because I met xiaojiu and family that day.

Of course it is necessary for a good picture together. :>

The transformer ride took us the longest time to queue. We queued up to 1 hour and 40 minutes for it. We couldn't be too bored with taking more pictures while queuing.

We gotten really hungry then and couldn't help but settle at one of the pretty diners to rest and get some food to ease our hunger pangs!

Went for the 25-minute musical after our meal, since it is the newly introduced Sesame Street version. Before that *Lights, Cameras and Action* A picture in front of this glorious setting. :>

When I grow up~

Before we realised its actually nearing 6pm. We weren't planning to stay in the amusement park till so late, but I guess the long queue ate quite a lot of our time. :<

We went and queue at our last desired ride which is Jurassic Park. The one that will get both of us drenched. Gotten our raincoat and safetly belt ready. Just before we enter the waters, there was an emergency announcement due to the weather change, we were ushered out of the ride for safety reasons. Aww. We missed the ride just by a bit. :<

To make us feel better. Our raincoats were refundable, and on top of that we get to ride any of our desire indoor ride with priority passes before the amusement park close for the Halloween Horror Night 4.

Yay! We went for the Mummy Returns for the one last time, like a boss literally. When we were ushered there the ride is already preparing to close. They literally reopened everything for us to go one more time. So nice of them :')

I am a pretty timid person I would say. Per requested by the birthday girl I was obliged to take all the scary rides I usually don't with her. I had fun anyways. Hope that she did too.

It was a pretty exhausting day. There after we went for dinner together with F's boyfriend before calling a day. <3

I may not be a sweet enough and meticulous enough friend all these times. To F, thanks for also dedicating as much effort in this friendship we gotten back close this year. It wouldn't be possible if the friendship is just one sided. Maintaining good and close contact with the friends you treasure is hence necessary. Nothing we have should be taken for granted. So thank you for being with me all this while F.
